Description: CCRI has a tool that allows you change your CCRI password on your own if you know your previous password, or if your account is still set to the default format password.
How-to Steps:
- Open the Self Service Password Management Tool and ensure that Change Password is selected in the sidebar.
- Enter your username and password then click Change Password.
- At this time you will be prompted to enter a new password. Your new password must have at least 8 characters and consist of both upper case, lower case letters and numbers. To avoid being timed out, think of password before proceeding to this page.
- After successfully reseting your password, click Go to Secure Login to ensure that you can login to your MyCCRI account using your new password.
